Honest Review
After a few weeks of use, the monitor is great. While I don’t use it for gaming – which is what it is advertised for. I use it for just about everything else, from surfing the internet, watching YouTube videos, and looking at documents and when it comes to the everyday stuff, this monitor is amazing.
With the built-in eye care technology, I suffer less from eye strain and fatigue after hours of continuous use. The monitor also comes with an adjustable stand (vertical adjustment only) so it’s great to integrate into many different setups. BENQ has also added an auto HDR button on the bottom right of the screen which can toggle HDR (High Dynamic Resolution) which in my opinion makes the screen way brighter and more vivid.
With the use of AMD FreeSync, compatible graphics cards from AMD can leverage more on this monitor than Nivida users. With this technology even though the monitor is 1080p it can be set to upscale to resolutions as high as 4K.
