Audio Technica AT-LP60X Turntable

Overview:

Audio Technica’s entry level turntable is a great entry point for music and vinyl enthusiasts. For a very reasonable price and some premium features and quality the AT-LP60X is great for those getting into record collecting, simply re-discovering an old collection of hits or are just interested in getting a turntable to complete their setup. The AT-LP60X is a fully automatic belt-drive turntable which is easy to set up and use.

This model plays 33-1/3 and 45 rpm records, a built-in switchable phono pre-amplifier and has fully automatic operations so there is no need to worry about damaging the records. Not only is the sound quality great for the price, but as an added premium feature, the stylus can be replaced and upgraded for a greater audio experience without having to break the bank.

Honest Review

The Audio Technica LP60X is the perfect entry level turntable for those interested in collecting and listening to vinyl records. This model is the most basic offering by Audio Technica and while it doesn’t have most of the premium features of higher models it does the best it can at an affordable price.

The LP60X comes with an automatic rotor arm which is easy for those new to using turntable as a push of a button will move the needle up and down and with an automatic lift system the needle will automatically lift when the record has finished. This feature which is surprisingly missing from higher end models is featured on tis entry level machine and I think that the main reason is to make it as simple as possible for new users which is always great.
